- S. 1This Act may be called the Rabindra Bharati (Temporary Short title
- S. 2(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Definitions
- S. 3Section 3 temporarily suspends Rabindra Bharati University for one year starting from the ordinance's enactment.
- S. 5Section 5 appoints a Vice-Chancellor for Rabindra Bharati University after the ordinance's enactment.
