(1) There shall be a Dean for each Faculty Council who shall be Dean. a Professor of the University. (2) The Dean shall be elected by the members of the Faculty Council and shall act as Vice-Chairman of the Faculty Council: Provided that where there is only one Professor under any Faculty Council, such Professor shall be the Dean for such Faculty Council.
