Any person, who contravenes the provisions of,— (1) sections 5, 6, 9 or 10, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees and in case of second or subsequent conviction, shall be punishable with fine which shall not be less than two thousand rupees, but which may extend to five thousand rupees; Prohibition of storage, sale and distribution of cigarettes, etc. Display and exhibition of board.
