In this Act "passenger vehicle" means- Delinilion. (i) a lmm-car, or (ii) a motor vehicle having sealing capacily for more than six persons, excluding the driver, I which carries passengers for hire or reward at separarc farfs paid by or for individual passengers, eirher for thc wholc or for a stage of a journcy.
