The Magistrate may, notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained, direct the sale of any property seiz- ed under section 82 and subject to speedy and natural decay, and may deal with the proceeds as he would have dealt with sucl property if it had not been sold. 41, The officer who made the seizure under section 32, or any of his official superiors, or any person claiming to be interested in the property so seized, may, within one month from the elate of any order passed by the Magistrate under section 37 or section 39, appeal therefrom to the Court to which orders made by such Magistrate are ordinarily appeal- able, and the order passed on such appeal shall be final.
