(1) As soon as may be after a Primary School Council is established it shall constitute the following Committees; namely:— (a) the Recognition Committee; (b) the Staff Selection Committee; (c) the Finance Committee; (d) the Discipline Committee; (e) the Appeal Committee; (t) the Development Committee.
