(1) The State Government may by notification delegate, subject Delegation. to such conditions as it may specify, all or any of its powers under this Act to any officer or authority subordinate to it. (2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall derogate from the right of the State Government to exercise any of the powers delegated by it under that sub-section. 421 The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973.
