When a vacancy occurs in the office of a Karmadhyaksha or Casual a member of a Sthayee Samiti by resignation, death or otherwise, the vacancy. members of the Sthayee Samiti shall elect another Karmadhyaksha or member, as the case may be, in the prescribed manner. The Karmadhyaksha or the member so elected shall hold office for the unexpired portion of the term of office of the person in whose place he becomes a member. CHAPTER XII Property and Fund
