(1) \Vhen this Act has come into force in any area, the State Government may, by notification, constitute one or more Gram Sabhas within such area for the purposes of this Art. (2) 'The State Government shall specify the nnme and the local limits of the jurisdiction of ere Gram Sabha in the notification mentionecl in sub-section (}).
