(I) Jor the purposes hereinafter mentioned in this Act the State Government shall establish Anchal Panchayats each comprising as many contiguous Gramm Sabhas as it may, by notification, fix in each case. (2) The State Government shall in the notification, specify the names and the territorial limits of the Anchal Panchayats.
