Where a suit is maintainable in more than one ?ayaa Panchayat, the plaintifl may bring the suit in any one of such yaya Panchaats; any dispute regarding the juris- dct1on of a yaa Panchaayat to entertain any sat shall be decided by the Musif who would have had jurisdiction to try the same but for the provisions of this Act, nncl the decision of the I\fm1sif thereon s1rnll be :final.
