(1) 1 1he District Judge, the District Magistrate and Inspection. the Subdivisioual Magisti·ate within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the l\lyaya. Panoh&yat is situate, shall have the power at all times to inspect the proceedings of any case and the records of cases maintained by a NVyaya Panchayat.
