(1) There shall be a Dean for each Faculty Council for post- graduate studies who shall be a Professor of the University. (2) The Dean shall be elected by the members of the Faculty Council and shall act as Vice-Chairman of the Faculty Council. (3) The seniormost Dean shall act as Vice-Chairman of a Council for undergraduate studies. (4) The Dean shall hold office for such term as may be prescribed by Statutes.
