(1) The University shall have a fund, elsewhere in Fund of this Act referred to as the University Fund. tbey.0 sit. (2) All monies received by the University by way of fees, fines, endowments, grants, donations, bequests or loans or on any other account whatsoever, shall be credited to, and all expenditure incurred by the University shall be paid out of, the University Fund.
