(/) The Finance Officer shall exercise general supervision over the University Fund and advise the University in regard to all financial matters concerning the University. (Z) The Finance Officer shall, subject to the control of the University, manage the property and investments of the University. He shall be responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and the annual accounts: (3) Subject to the control of the University, the Finance Officer shall be responsible for seeing that all monies are expended for the purpose for which they have been granted or allotted.
