In section 3 of the West Bengal Non-trading Corporations Act, 1965,- (1) in the marginal note for the words and figures "Application ofAct 1 of 1956.", the words and figures "Application of Act 18 of 2013." shall be substituted; (2) in the contents, forthe words and figures "the Companies Act, 1956", the words and figures "the Companies Act, 2013" shall be substituted.
