(1) The provisions of rulcs 58 to 63 (both inclusive) of Ordcr XXI in Schcdule I ro he Codc of Civil Procedure, 1908, shall not apply ko rl~e interest of any non-agricultural rcnant in any non-agricullural land attached in excuution or a decree for arrears duc thereon.
