(1) No roof, verandah, panda]. or AN,all of a building or no shed or fence shall be constructed or reconstructed of cloth, grass, -.1eaveS, mats or other inflammable materials except with the permission, in writing, of the Chairman, not shall any such roof, verandah, panclal, wall, shed or. fence, constructed: or reconstructed, be retained beyond a period.of three months after such constrution or reconstruction except with the fresh permission obtained in this behalf Every permission granted under this sub-settion shall expire at the end of the period of three months for which it is granted. (2) The Development Authority may regulate'the use of materials, design or construction, or other practices or interior decoration in accordance with such regulations as maybe:made in this behalf
