The State Government may, at any time,— (a) call for any document in the .possession, or under the control, of the Chairman or any officer of the Development Authority; or (b) require the Chairman or any officer of the Development Authority to furnish any return, plan, estimate, statement, account, report, or statistics, or any other information.
