Where any notice, bill, order or requisition issued or made under this Act, or the rules or regulations made thereunder requires anything to be done for thedoing of which not time is fixed in this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, such notice, bill, order or requisition shall specify reasonable time for doing the same.
