(1) The Development Authority shall provide or appoint in proper and convenient situations public receptacles, depots and places for the temporary deposit of— (a) rubbish ; (b) offensive matter ; (c) trade refuse ; (d) carcasses of dead animals ; and (e) excrementitious and polluted matter. (2) Different receptacles, depots or places may be provided or appointed for the temporary deposit of any of the matters referred to in sub-section (1).
