Execution of contracts.—All contracts relating to the management and administration of the University shall be expressed to be made by the Executive Council and shall be executed by the Vice- Chancellor when the value of the contract is above twenty lakhs of rupees and by the Registrar when its value does not exceed twenty lakhs of rupees.
