(1) Immediately after the allotment of symbols under section 45, the Municipal Returning Officer shall prepare and publish in such form and manner as may be prescribed a list of contesting candidates, that is to say, candidates who were included in the list of validly nominated candidates and who have not withdrawn their candidature within the said period. (2) The list as aforesaid shall contain the names in alphabetical order and the addresses of the contesting candidates as given in the nomination papers together with such other particulars as may be prescribed. Election 47. A candidate at an election may appoint in the prescribed manner agents. any one person, other than himself, to be his election agent, and when any such appointment is made, notice of the appointment shall be given - in the prescribed manner to the Municipal Returning Officer. Disqualifi- cation for being an election agent. Revocation of appoint- ment, or death, of election agents.
