In section 19 of the principal Act,— (1) in sub-section (1), after the words "the Deputy Mayor", the words "or the Deputy Mayors not exceeding two" shall be inserted; (2) in sub-section (2), after the words "the Deputy Mayor", the words "or the Deputy Mayors" shall be inserted; (3) in sub-section (3),— (i) after the words "the Deputy Mayor", the words "or the Deputy Mayors" shall be inserted; (ii) in the proviso, after the words "the Deputy Mayor", the words "or the Deputy Mayors" shall be inserted.
