(1) The Corporation shall refer all reports received under section 89 and section 90 to the Municipal Accounts Committee for their examination and report under sub-section (4) of section 21. (2) The report of the Municipal Accounts Committee shall be discussed at a meeting of the Corporation for such decision as it may think fit: Provided that if no report is received from the Municipal Accounts Committee within thirty days from the date of receipt of the report referred to it by the Corporation, the Corporation shall be competent to discuss auditors' reports under section 88 for such decision as it thinks fit. (3) The Corporation shall publish the auditors' reports referred to in section 88 together with the reports of the Municipal Accounts Committee, if any, and also the decision of the Corporation thereon, in accordance with the rules made in this behalf.
