(1) The State Government may require the Corporation to be integrated with such authorities at the level of district, region or State for the purposes of co-ordination of planning and development as that Government may deem fit and proper. (2) When so require, it shall be the duty of the Corporation to participate in such process of co-ordination in accordance with such procedure as the State Government may determine.
