The State Government may, at any time,— (a) call for any document in the possession, or under the control, of the Commissioner or any officer of the Corporation; (b) require the Commissioner or any officer of the Corporation to furnish any return, plan, estimate, statement, account, report, or statistics, or any information whatsoever.
