(1) If the State Government is, at any time, of opinion that any regulation made by the Corporation should be cancelled or modified, either wholly or in part, it shall cause the reasons for such opinion to be communicated to the Corporation, and shall specify a period within which the Corporation may make any representation with regard thereto. (2) After the expiry of such period and on consideration of the representation of the Corporation, if any, the State Government may, at any time, by notification, cancel or modify such regulation, either wholly or in part. (3) Any notification under sub-section (2) shall be published in local newspapers.
