(1) No person shall keep any shop or place for retail sale of drugs, not being articles of ordinary domestic c6nsumption, without, or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of, a licence granted by the Commissioner. (2) Every person to whom a licence is granted under sub-section (1) in respect of any shop or place shall display it in some conspicuous part of such shop or place.
