The Commissioner may, and in such manner as may be prescribed, grant licence to a person to act as a Licenced Building Surveyor, or a Structural Engineer, or a Geo-Technical Engineer for the purposes of this chapter: Provided that no such licence shall be required for any Architect for the purposes of this chapter.
