The Commissioner may, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules and the regulations made thereunder, permit the owner, or the lessee, or the occupier, of any premises to connect the premises by means of supply-pipes for conveying to the premises a supply of wholesome or unfiltered water from the service mains of the Corporation. Power of Commissioner to require separate supply-pipe. Stopcock. Water-pipe etc. not to be placed where water will be polluted.
