( I) The Corporation shall. subject to the rules or the regulations made in this behalf, provide supply of wholesome water, either in pipes or by sinking tube-wells or otherwise, to huts or bustres for domestic purposes of the occupants thereof. (2) The Corporation shall provide, where it is so available, supply of unfiltered water for the flushing of privies in busters.
