Where any ferry is controlled by the Corporation. the provisions of sections 132, 133, 134, 135, 136. 137 and 138 of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993, shall apply to such ferry inutatis ntutandis, and the powers vested in, or the duties imposed on, the Chairman-in-Council, or the Board of Councillors, of a Municipality by or under that Act shall be exercised by the Corporation.
