(1) Any person who has been served with a written notice under sub-section (1) of section 398 in which a period for receiving objections has been specified may, within such period, deliver to the municipal authority or the officer of the Municipality, as the case may be, a written objection setting forth the reasons which he may desire to urge for the withdrawal or modification of such notice. (2) Every such objection shall be placed before the Chairman for determination. G. Recovery of expenses.
