(2) Whenever any Urban Development Committee is constituted, it shall be incumbent upon the Board of Councillors to consult it in all matters of preparation of any master plan and entrust to itall items of implementation so far as they relate to areas outside the municipal area. 337 The West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993.
