The Chairman-in-Council may, by written notice; require drainage to be provided for any undrained premises and also require separate provisions to be made for drainage of sewage and other offensive matters as distinct from rain-water and other unpolluted sub-soil water in. accordance with such rules as may be made in this behalf.
