Section 206

(1) Every person making an application to erect or re-erect a building shall specify the purpose for which such building is intended to be used. (2) The Board of Councillors may require that a building may not be erected or re-erected for more than one occupancy or use or contrary to such mixed uses as the Board of Councillors may, from time to time, determine consistent with the provisions of this Act or any other law for the time being in force.
