Manufacturing article from which offensive or unwholesome smell, fume, dust or noise arises. In general, premises may not be used without a licence or written permission for the purpose, or the doing, in the course of any industrial process, of anything, which, in the opinion of the Board of Councillors, is likely to be dangerous to human life or health or property or is likely to create or cause a nuisance: Provided that no licence shall be required for the storage only of any of the articles mentioned in this Schedule for domestic use and limited to such quantity as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Board of Councillors. SCHEDULE III [See section 106(4).] Parts of plant or of combination of plant and machinery in certain cases not be excluded in calculating the annual value of any land or building. The following parts of a plant or combination of plant and machinery whenever and only to such extent as any such part is, or is in the nature of, a building or structure:— Acid Concentrators; Sins and Hoppers; Blast Furnaces; Burners, Forges, Furnaces, Kilns, Ovens and Stoves, Chambers for— Absorption of gases or fumes, Aerographing and Spraying Bleaching, Chemical Reaction, Conditioning or Treatment, Cooling, Dyeing, 395 The West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993.
