(1) Any person. who is required by a notice under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 19 to take any measures, may prefer an objection in writing to the Board within fifteen days from the date of service of the notice on him. (2) The Board may, after considering the objections (if any) preferred under sub-section (1), withdraw, modify or confirm the notice.
