Every person owning or occupying any land, build- ing or structure within a mining settlement shall furnish the Health Officer or Sanitary Inspector or such other officer or servant of the Board as may be specified in this behalf by the State Government, on requisition, with all reasonable facilities for entering upon such land, building or structure and for any inspection, examination or inquiry under this Act or the rules or by-laws made thereunder.
