Employment in docks, jetties and wharves in connection with loading, unloading, stacking, carrying, weighing, measuring, baling, pressing, bagging, stitching, packaging, batching, and work preparatory or incidental to such operations and supervision thereof, except employment of a dock worker within the meaning of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948.
