The State Government. after giving by notification not less than two months' notice of its intention so to do, may, by like notification, modify any employment specified in the Schedule or add to the Schedule any employment in respect of which it is of opinion that the provisions of this Act should apply, and thereupon the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly and the provisions of this Act shall apply to such employment as modified or added.
