If at any time the State Government considers it necessary so to do in the public interest, it may, by noti- fication in the Offlcial Gazette, dissolve any market committee and proceed to reconstitute it in accordance with the provi- sions of section 11 and appoint a person to perform the functions of the market committee, until it is ao reconstituted.
