Nothing in this Act shall affect— (a) the right of the Central Government to collect customs duties or of any Municipality or other local authority to collect any statutory levies on any dock, berth, wharf, quay, stage, jetty or pier in the possession of the Board; or (b) any power or authority vested in the customs authorities under any law for the time being in force.
