(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against Protection of the State Government or any officer of that Government or any officer or action taken od other person authorised by that Government for anything which is in good faith faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or the orders made thereunder. (2) No suit other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any officer of that Government or any officer or other person authorised by that Govemment for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or the orders made thereunder.
