No act done or proceedings taken under this Act shall be invalid merely by reason of— (a) the existence of any vacancy or any defect in the constitution of the Board or any Committee appointed by the Board, The Mahajati Sadan Act, 1949. (b) any person having ceased to be a trustee. or a member of any Committee, or (c) any omission, defect or irregularity not affecting the merits of the case.
