The accounts of the Board shall be kept, audited and published in accordance with such rules as may be made by the Provincial Government and shall show the initial expenditure incurred by the Provincial Government— (a) under section 6 for acquiring the properties des- cribed in the First Schedule, and Validation. XVI of 1949.1 The Mahajati Sadan Act, 1949. 5 (Sections 14-16.) (b) under section 7 for completing the erection of the Mahajati Sadan and for equipping the same.
