(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all, or any of the following matters, namely:— (a) the powers, functions and duties of the Administrator referred to in sub-section (2) of section 4; (b) the forms and the manner in which the accounts of the Sanitarium shall be kept and maintained, referred to in sub-section (1) of section 10; (c) the form and the manner in which a budget estimate shall be prepared and submitted to the State Government, referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 10; (d) any other matter which may be, or is required to be, prescribed.
