- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Lokayukta (Amendment) Act, 2023
- S. 2The section amends the term of office for the Lokayukta to three years or until age seventy, whichever comes first.
- S. 5Section 5 allows the Lokayukta to resign or be removed, prohibits post-office employment, and permits term extensions up to age 70.
