(1) The Lokayukta and the Upa-Lokayukta shall present annually a consolidated report on the work done under this Act to the State Government. (2) On receipt of annual report under sub-section (1), the State Government shall cause a copy thereof to be laid before the State Legislature along with a memorandum of action taken on the recommendations of the Lokayukta and the Upa-Lokayukta and the reasons for non-acceptance of the recommendations, if any.
